The Department of Health has developed guidance information to support NEPT services achieve the regulatory requirements prescribed in the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Regulations 2016 (the regulations). The information available for download explains how the regulations apply to the different NEPT classes (acuity levels). The guidance information provides the regulation reference and should be reviewed in conjunction with the regulations.
