The purpose of the Victorian Alcohol and other Drug Collection (VADC) manual is to provide a common set of concepts, data elements and edit/validation rules which define the basis of data collection and reporting requirements to the Department. VADC was introduced in 2018 to provide Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) data to the Department of Health.
