The Victorian Alcohol and Drug Collection (VADC) is the data collection specification for all of our Victorian funded Alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment providers.
The VADC is a list of data elements (or types of information) that AOD treatment providers are required to report from their own client management systems (CMS) to us.
The VADC is principally designed to meet our funding acquittal and performance monitoring requirements. The VADC will also:
- inform service system development and catchment-based planning
- demand modelling
- program evaluation and research.
