First aid services information and guidance

The Department has developed guidance information to support First Aid Services achieve the regulatory requirements prescribed in the Non– Emergency Patient Transport and First Aid Services (First Aid Services) Regulations 2021. The information available for download explains how the First Aid Services Regulations apply to the different first aid service levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced. The guidance information provides the regulation reference and should be reviewed in conjunction with the First Aid Services Regulations.
