The Victorian blue-green algae circular outlines the roles and responsibilities of state government and local government agencies, water managers and catchment management authorities in this plan. It is updated and circulated every September.
The plan is coordinated by Department Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) - (previously known as the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP)).
